Job summary

NuChoice Health Partners is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to join our team serving the Northwest of Pennsylvania. You will provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities and medication reminders, and help with personal hygiene while maintaining safety and client autonomy.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or related field.
• Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Ability to lift, bend, and move client supplies and equipment (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
