Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona (CDAZ) is hiring home care professionals to assist individuals with daily living activities in private homes in the Prescott area. Roles include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and supporting independence while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

• Required Qualifications
