Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona (CDAZ) is seeking compassionate home care aides to support individuals in their own homes within Sierra Vista and surrounding communities. You’ll assist with daily living activities, provide personal care, assist with meal prep and light housekeeping, and encourage community participation to promote independence.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($15.15-$17.00/hr), holiday pay, health insurance, paid sick leave, and the security of an employee-owned company

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals are desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Commitment to providing quality care is required.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to pass required background checks; CPR/First Aid certification preferred; training provided if not held.
