Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona (CDAZ) is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support to Arizonans enrolled in Medicaid Personal Care Services. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping in clients' private homes, while promoting independence and community involvement.

We offer competitive pay ($15.45–$18.35/hour), health insurance, paid sick leave, holiday pay, and an employee-owned company with potential profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing quality care.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training will be provided if certification is not currently held.
