We’re looking for dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team in Oxford.

What You Can Expect:

Starting Pay:

$17.13/hour to start

$17.33/hour after completing training

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Your Role:

As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in a comfortable group home setting. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with meal prep, service, and dining

Administering medications per guidelines

Leading fun, interactive, and social activities
