Job summary

All American Home Care LLC is actively seeking an experienced DCW to join our team in the Latrobe area. Our mission is to provide quality care to people in their own homes, delivering compassionate support that enhances quality of life.

As a caregiver, you will help with daily living activities, maintain a safe home, and work with a dedicated team to ensure client comfort and dignity in the Latrobe area.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Background check clear.
• Valid ID/Driver's license and Social Security card.
• TB test, PPD, or Chest X-ray as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per care plan (hygiene, bathing, grooming).
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Respect client rights, confidentiality, and provide compassionate care.
• Assist with meal prep and other duties as assigned.

All American Home Care is actively seeking an experienced DCW to join our team in the Latrobe area.

Position Overview

Provides consumer care services which entail personal care, light housekeeping or companion services to the consumer's home environment including assistance with the activities of daily living, maintaining a clean and safe environment, meal preparation and laundry, sitter and other related duties and assignments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs or assists consumer with activities of daily living as prescribed in the plan of care, including but not limited to: hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Treats each person as an individual with respect and dignity.
• Respects the rights of all consumers including their right to confidentiality and autonomy.
• Maintains the home in the optimum state of cleanliness and safety including but not limited to: light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dusting, washing floors, making beds, doing dishes, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred)
• Clear background check
• Valid ID/DL
• Social Security
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray
