Job summary

Innova Grace is seeking a Direct Care Tech to join our residential team. Shifts run 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with a minimum of 2 weekday availability and weekend openness. You will administer medications, supervise clients, lead groups, and help with daily living activities in a supportive, structured setting.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, reliable, and capable of documenting progress while working with clinicians to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mental health practices preferred.
• Post-high school medical education preferred.
• MA/CMA/CMHT certifications preferred; LVN/related student status considered.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to clients.
• Provide supervision of clients during shifts.
• Lead mental health groups using a curriculum.
• Assist in creating/updating mental health curriculums.
• Document client activities and update records.
• Support meals, laundry, and house cleaning.
• Maintain safety and respond to crises as needed.
