Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring Direct Care Staff (Part-Time) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals in home and community settings. Openings in San Marcos, Seguin, Maxwell and surrounding areas offer flexible schedules and meaningful work.

You will perform personal care, assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship according to an established plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services per an established plan of direct care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Prepare meals and special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
