Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, is hiring Direct Care Staff for Overnight shifts (Thursday-Saturday) in the San Marcos, Maxwell, and Seguin areas of Texas. Caregivers will provide personal care, help with daily living activities, and support residents in home-like settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, following an established care plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a home‑like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care, for residents in their homes.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Prepare meals and special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned
