Job summary

Empowered Milestones, LLC in Oakland, CA is hiring Direct Care Staff for supported living services. Positions include part-time and full-time, with varied shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends to support clients.

You will assist clients with daily living skills, document progress, and work in a compassionate team. Qualifications include valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to pass background checks, and basic digital literacy.

Qualifications

• Able to work in the Oakland area.
• Able to pass a background check per state industry standards.
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
