Job summary

HER COMMUNITY SERVICES LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide daily living support in Hampton, GA. You will assist individuals with disabilities, help with routines, transportation, and community activities, while documenting progress and supporting ISPs.

The role focuses on empowerment, dignity, and independence within a supportive team environment. A background in caregiving and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or related human services role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
