REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental needs in community-based settings. A valid driver’s license for at least one year is required. Starting pay is $12/hour in Brandon, MS, with full-time benefits and opportunities to grow.

You’ll help participants with personal care, build meaningful relationships, and support goals like budgeting, fitness, and nutrition while contributing to a mission-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
