Source of Hope in Arizona is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide in-home and community support. We are hiring immediately, with both full-time and part-time opportunities, and we value dependable, compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work and to make a real difference in clients' lives.

You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, transportation to appointments, and reminders per care plan, while following individualized plans and reporting updates to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred (from ad).
• Reliable and compassionate demeanor, with respect for clients.
• Comfortable with hands-on care and following care plans.
• Willing to learn and follow individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed).
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders (per care plan).
• Monitor well‑being and report updates.
