Source of Hope is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in their homes and communities. Join a dependable, compassionate team and help clients with daily personal care and routines.

We offer consistent hours (full-time & part-time), ongoing training, and a supportive team. If you’re reliable, patient, and eager to learn, we’d love to meet you.

Formación

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed).
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Monitor well-being and report updates.
• Follow individualized care plans.
