Source of Hope in Arizona is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in their homes and communities. We offer full-time and part-time roles with immediate start for reliable, compassionate caregivers.

You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility support, and transportation to appointments while following individualized care plans. Ongoing training and a supportive team help you grow your skills daily.

Formación

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Must pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed).
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders (per care plan).
• Monitor well-being and report updates.
• Follow individualized care plans.
