ViaQuest Community Solutions is hiring Direct Support Professionals in the Northwest Indianapolis area. The DSP role offers paid training, a full benefit package for full-time staff, PTO, annual pay increases, and a variety of schedules. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and car insurance.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Able to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Teach and assist individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
