Job summary

Sunshine Residential Homes seeks an Overnight Direct Care Specialist to support foster children aged 3-18 in our AZ group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix and Avondale.

You will provide daily care, transportation, enrichment activities, and emotional support, with evening and overnight shifts across multiple schedules to cover 24/7 needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record.
• Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for foster children aged 3-18 in group homes.
• Offer transportation to activities and appointments.
• Coordinate enrichment activities and emotional support.
• Support sibling groups across Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix and Avondale.

We are seeking Overnight Direct Care Specialist to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. Most of our group homes house sibling groups and a standard cohort. As a Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, enrichment activities, and emotional support to the children.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday ($15.15)

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday- 10:00pm-8:00am

Wednesday & Thursday-10:00pm-6:00am

OR

Friday-Tuesday ($15.15)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday- 10:00pm-6:00am

Monday- 4:30pm-6:00am

Tuesday- 10:00pm-6:00am

OR

Wednesday- Saturday ($18)

Wednesday- Saturday-10:00pm-8:00am

Pay:

$15.15-$18 per hour
