Lutheran Social Services of Illinois is hiring to support clients in daily living activities at our Illinois location. You will assist with transportation, transfers, and community outings, following facility protocols with care and professionalism.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Driver and escort clients to outings, appointments, and other places in the community.
• Safely complete client transfers per facility protocol.
• Perform various housekeeping tasks.
• Implement client individual habilitation plans.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals with dignity and respect.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
