Job summary

Sunshine-Residential-Homes is seeking a Direct Care Specialist to support foster children aged 3–18 in group homes across Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. You will assist with daily care, activities, transportation, and emotional support in a caring, structured environment.

This role offers flexible hours with the ability to set your own availability and overtime opportunities. Positions are available at multiple locations throughout the Valley, with compensation ranging from

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience working directly with children.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must have a VALID AZ driver license with a clean 5-year driving record.
Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
Must have a personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care and supervision for foster kids.
Assist with activities and transportation to appointments.
Provide emotional support and a safe environment.
