The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) in Arizona is seeking a Direct Care Supervisor I to oversee safety and hygiene for assigned members and supervise staff in a Day Program room.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of direct care experience with individuals with disabilities, are 21+ with a valid Arizona driver’s license, and can pass background checks plus a pre-employment drug test. This is a full-time, on-site role.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A DIRECT CARE SUPERVISOR I ?

The Direct Care Supervisor I is responsible for the safety and hygiene of assigned members and supervises the staff in one of our Day Program rooms, ensuring quality care and vendor agreement specifications are met. In addition to meeting TCH's driving standards, they must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license issued in Arizona, be able to pass several background checks, clear a pre-employment drug test, and have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years' experience providing direct care for individuals with disabilities, is required.
