Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas or reciprocity state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine nursing tasks and procedures per HHSC SSLC regulations.
• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments; observes patient responses.
• Maintains medical records and documents pertinent treatments and observations.
• Assists LVNs and CMA staff; participates in QA/QI initiatives.
• Responds to emergencies and supports clinical staff across locations as needed.
