Job summary

Choices in Community Living, Inc. provides professional direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, meal planning, and medication administration while ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

We value caring, compassionate applicants who are detail oriented and able to work in a high-stress environment. A valid driver’s license and physical & drug screening are required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License (Less than 6 points) required.
• Must pass physical & drug screen and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services in group homes.
• Assist with housekeeping and meal planning/cooking.
• Administer/assist with medications as needed.
• Transport individuals to activities/outings.
• Assist with bathing and toileting; monitor safety.
