The Minute Man Arc for Human Services Inc is hiring a Full Time Direct Support Staff for our Adult Residential program in Concord, MA. You will assist residents with daily activities and medications, provide emotional support, and foster independence in a supportive environment.

The role offers a variable schedule with shifts including 3pm-11pm and 11pm-8am across multiple Concord-area locations. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and PTO, with a competitive hourly rate

Your day to day as a DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF - ADULT RESIDENTIAL

As a Direct Support Staff in our Adult Residential program, you can expect to assist residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores. Your role will involve providing emotional support, fostering independence, and creating a fun and nurturing environment for our residents. You'll work a variable schedule that includes shifts on all days of the week, from 3pm-11pm, 11pm-8am, and more.
