The Minute Man Arc for Human Services Inc is hiring a Full Time Direct Support Staff for our Adult Residential program in Concord, MA. This onsite role supports residents with disabilities, helps with daily activities, and fosters a positive living environment on weekends.

Pay is $18.87 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, FSA and PTO. Locations include Concord and Maynard, MA among others; weekend shifts preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy in daily care.
