AWARE in Missoula, Montana is seeking a Direct Care Professional to support individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. This full/part-time role offers a base pay of $19–$28/hour with weekend shifts at a higher rate and yearly anniversary raises.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable, punctual, patient with people.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disabilities and mental health needs in daily living activities.
• Help with morning routines and cooking meals.
• Drive to appointments or jobs and accompany clients as needed.
• Document daily progress so the next shift is informed.
