Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have or obtain a valid Montana driver's license and proof of private auto insurance within 1 month of hire.
• Complete all required trainings within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support and supervision to individuals.
• Responds to individuals' changing needs.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of home/apartment.
• Participates in assessments, individualized planning, and skill training.
• Observes and reports health needs to Supervisor and keeps others informed.
• Assists with self-administration of medications and documentation.
• Arranges outings, shopping, and community integration opportunities.
• Plans menus, prepares meals, and handles cleanup.
• Documents in Paycom and Data Management Systems timely.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows safety regulations.
