Job summary

ExactHire is assisting in recruiting for an ADT - Direct Care Professional in Pensacola, FL. This role supports adults who are physically handicapped or mentally disabled, delivering compassionate supervision and care in a day program.

You will transport students where needed, help with meals and activities, provide personal care, and assist with instruction and event planning under weekly curriculum guidance.

Qualifications

• One year of direct care experience required.
• Ability to physically lift adult residents.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate supervision of physically handicapped and mentally disabled adults.
• Assist in unloading/loading vehicles and transportation to and from the program.
• Assist with personal care, meals preparation, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Support instruction and scheduled activities according to the curriculum.
• Plan and participate in seasonal/special events for program students.
