Job summary

Capstone Adaptive Learning and Therapy in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Direct Care Professional to support physically handicapped and mentally disabled adults in a group home setting. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of direct care experience.
• Ability to work with physically handicapped and mentally disabled adults.
• Ability to physically lift adult residents.
• Strong language skills and ability to follow manager's instructions.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass Level II Background Screening and Local Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (feeding, bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting).
• Prepare meals per dietician/manager plan.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary living environment and safe home/community setting.
• Transport residents using agency vehicle to day program and events.
• Complete required daily documentation.
