Job summary

Tomorrow's Hope in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help adults with developmental disabilities live independently and safely in their homes and communities.

You will provide attentive support, assist with medications with accountability, encourage independence, build meaningful relationships, and help maintain health, safety, and a welcoming home environment. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check.

This is much more than a job. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, support and care
• Assist with medications and medication accountability,
• Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals
• Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift
• Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with:

• Assistance With Medications certification
• Good driving record

Full-Time Schedule:

• Every other Wednesday: 8 AM - 8:00 PM
• Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM
