Berkshire Meadows, part of Justice Resource Institute, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our direct care team. We offer a pay range of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, with overtime as needed, and a variety of shifts to fit your life.

No work experience or college degree is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you excel. Benefits include pension after 5 years, 401(k) matching, Blue Cross medical, tuition reimbursement up to $4000 per year, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Be able to establish clear professional boundaries, work as a team member and consistently implement all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to provide direct care to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
• Learn to support clients in the development of communication and decision making.
• Become knowledgeable in how to keep clients safe, engaged and active through assisting with meals, dressing, bathing, and residential activities.
