Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
• Support clients in the development of communication and decision making.
• Assist with meals, dressing, bathing, and residential activities.
• Shadow experienced staff and participate in training.
