Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Aides for the Indiana, PA area.

Lifesteps is a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, currently seeking compassionate staff to support adults with disabilities in a residential setting in Indiana, PA.

Direct Care Aides assist with daily living skills and home care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care, medication administration, and helping clients achieve their goals.

We offer steady, full-time hours! Shifts available: Daylight (7 am - 3 pm), Evenings (3 pm - 11 pm), Overnight (11 pm - 7 am). Part-time options with flexible scheduling are also available.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided. Experienced home health aides and support professionals are welcome.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
