Lifesteps Inc. in Ellwood City, PA is hiring Direct Care Aides to assist adults with disabilities in a group home setting. No experience is needed; paid training is provided.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with evenings 3 pm to 11 pm or overnight 11 pm to 7 am, plus flexible scheduling for part-time roles. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Cook and serve meals.
• Clean the house.

Direct Care Aides(Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Dutiescan include:

• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
