Job summary

Family Service Association in Taunton, MA is seeking part-time or per diem Direct Care Aids to support members living in their own homes. Your duties include personal care assistance, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and possibly meal preparation, with flexible daytime shifts seven days a week.

Experience in homecare or with adults who have medical or mental health needs is preferred, but no CNA or HHA license is required if you have relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in providing homecare and/or working with adults with a medical or mental health diagnosis is strongly preferred.

Our Home Assistance Program is looking for caring, compassionate individuals to provide assistance or cueing and supervision to members living in their own home in the Taunton area.

The program offers:

• Flexible shifts - perfect for parents or students!
• Daytime shifts only, 7 days a week.
• Weekends/holidays have a differential pay.
• Team approach working with an RN and Social Worker/Case Manager.
• Starting pay of $21per visit! $22.50 on weekends and holidays!!
• Experience in the healthcare field.

Duties Include:

• Assistance with personal care.

Must Have:

• Reliable transportation.
• A sincere desire to assist members with their ADLs.
• Good communication skills.

Experience in providing homecare and/or working with adults with a medical or mental health diagnosis strongly preferred!

No CNA or HHA license required if you possess the experience.
