Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care workers for the Monroeville, PA area.

Lifesteps, a local human service agency that has been in business for over 100 years, is immediately hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting in Monroeville, PA.

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adult individuals with their daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Positions available: Full‑time and part‑time. Full‑time hours are 7 am‑3 pm, 3 pm‑11 pm, or 11 pm‑7 am. Part‑time shifts can be scheduled flexibly to fit your needs.

No experience necessary—paid training provided. Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals are also welcome.

Requirements
