Overview

Lifesteps, a local human service agency that has been in business for over 100 years, is immediately hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting in the Delmont, PA area.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided.

Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals are welcome.

Shift Availability

Overnight Shift: 11 pm – 7 am. Part‑time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Full‑time hours available with steady schedule.

Responsibilities

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adult individuals with their daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Position Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
