Direct Care Aide – Homer City, Indiana, PA areas

Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is immediately hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting.

Direct Care Staff (Caregivers) assist adult individuals with daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Please note: This position works evening (3pm-9pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) shifts. It offers steady, part‑time hours.

No experience necessary – paid training is provided.

Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals are welcome.
