RTR in Pembroke, MA is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to provide direct support and skill-building in daily living activities. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and community participation, while ensuring a clean, safe home and accurate documentation.
The role requires English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and completion of mandated trainings including medication administration. You will contribute to team meetings and support new staff as needed.
Join RTR and help individuals with developmental disabilities live safely, independently, and meaningfully in a residential setting. You’ll work closely with the Residential Manager and team to provide hands‑on support, skill-building, and daily care that improves quality of life.
This is a highly active, hands‑on role that includes supporting individuals in both the home and community. Responsibilities may involve personal care, behavioral support, physical assistance, and maintaining a structured living environment, including household and occasional safety‑related tasks.

Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
