You will provide 1:1 and group support, help with daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with clinical teams, families, and community partners to deliver meaningful, person-centered care. Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
