Roxbury Treatment Center in Shippensburg, PA seeks a Director of Performance Improvement and Compliance to lead facility-wide quality and regulatory programs. You will oversee compliance with DDAP, JC, DPW and coordinate performance improvement initiatives across departments.

As a key member of the senior leadership, you will chair committees, report findings to the Medical Executive Committee and Board, and drive data-driven improvements that enhance patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in human services related field OR licensed nurse with a minimum of three years of experience in a behavioral healthcare environment required.
• Prior experience in performance improvement and compliance regulations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the facility-wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Facilitate the medical staff components of the program in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer.
• Plan and chair the PI function and report findings and activities to the Medical Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees.
• Assist in maintaining ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the facility.
• Assist managers and leadership in establishing best practices based on research and data analysis.

Roxbury Treatment Center is currently recruiting a full-time Director of Performance Improvement and Compliance. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Roxbury’s compliance with state and federal regulatory standards (DDAP, JC, DPW, etc.) through ongoing facility-wide audits. Position chairs/serves on all Roxbury committees. This position is responsible for coordinating the facility wide performance improvement program. A key member of the senior leadership team, the Director of PI and Compliance reports to the Chief Exeuctive Officer.

The Director of Performance Improvement and Compliance is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure that the provision of quality care is monitored and continuously improved. Core functions include:

• Coordination of the facility-wide Performance Improvement Program;
• Facilitation of the medical staff components of the program in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer;
• Planning and chairing the PI function and reporting findings and activities to the Medical Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees;
• Assistance in maintaining ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the facility;
• Assistance provided to managers and leadership in establishing best practices based on research and data analysis
