Job summary

CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT is seeking a senior leader to direct the Beverage, Nightlife, and related operations at our properties. This role focuses on strategic beverage concepts, pricing, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving profitability and compliant operations.

The candidate will oversee budgets, capital plans, and long-term financial health, and will mentor teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years Food & Beverage experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse departments and manage regulatory requirements.

• Directs the operations of Casino Beverage, Nightlife, SCS, Pools, and Activations.
• Establishes beverage strategy with pricing, quality, and customer satisfaction focus.
• Oversees controls, budgets, and capital plans to ensure profitability.
• Builds customer relations and mentors team members for service excellence.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, and coaches staff; manages staffing changes.

Job Summary

Directs the overall operations of Casino Beverage, Nightlife, Summer Concert Series (SCS), Pools, and Activations.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Assist the VP of Food and Beverage in establishing Beverage strategy and positioning. Think strategically and operationally about factors such as beverage concepts, pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions, customer satisfaction, employee training and development as they relate to the overall Beverage products.
• Directs the development and administration of controls for all phases of the department in an economical and profitable manner, while maintaining established standards
• Assists with financial and business operating plans and capital expenditure plans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning of the property.
• Anticipates and reacts to changes in planning assumptions and alters plans as necessary.
• Formally presents updates to plans and provides appropriate explanations and solutions to variances.
• Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acting as a mentor to team members to provide superior customer service.
• Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises assigned personnel; coaches for success and continuing improvement of team member skills.
• Recommends changes including hiring, promotion, demotion and release of personnel.
• Implements new concepts/trends with shared vision by the VP of Food and Beverage.
• Stays abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences and expectations and competing beverage offerings.
• Ensures the beverage service at Caesars Entertainment is distinguishable from competitors in the area.
• Manages long term finances, including budget preparation, capital expenditures and analysis of financial performance.
• Manages safety and sanitary conditions of all assigned areas to preclude liability and ensure integrity of necessary for liquor licensing and health permits.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent;College Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years Food & Beverage experience
• Twoyearssupervisory experience
• Fluent and literate in English
• Good communicationskills, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills, with emphasis in relationship building
• Goodproblem solvingskills
• Good customer service skills, both internal and external
• Ability to negotiate with diverse departments
