Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time DIRFloortime therapist to provide in-home, child-centered sessions for autistic children. You will engage through play, build strong relationships, and track basic session data with a phone or tablet.

We value flexible hours, local client matching, and ongoing mentorship. A background-friendly environment and bilingual abilities are a plus. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children

Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, psychology, child development, etc.)

• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish-English)

• Preferred: Experience with the DIRFloortime® model

Experience (1+ year required)

• Childcare (babysitting, daycare, preschool teacher, assistant teacher)

• Special education (educational settings, special needs)

• Developmental intervention (early intervention)

• Autism interventions (RBT/Behavioral technician, autism support specialist, ABA therapist, other DIRFloortime experience

Schedule

• We ask each employee and family to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours per day.

• Most sessions take place after school (between 3–8 PM on weekdays) and anytime on weekends.
