Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Services at Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center in Springfield, Illinois. The Director will provide leadership and strategic planning for the clinical services programs, focusing on meeting community needs and the facility's performance goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of regulations and standards in mental health care, lead program development, and ensure a therapeutic environment for youth. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in psychiatric services.
Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center is a 97‑bed facility located in Springfield, Illinois. We are dedicated to providing youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self‑responsibility and personal growth. We are the only facility of our kind in Central Illinois and provide psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents with a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral disorders. A clinically skilled multidisciplinary team partners with youth and families to accomplish their goals in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Director of Clinical Services provides leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet community needs and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TJC, CMS, OSHA regulations, patient‑rights standards and all applicable federal and state laws governing mental‑health care facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of a clinical treatment program.
