What You’ll Do

As a Dip Mold Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality products while working with specialized coating and molding equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare dipping solutions, molds, and substrates following established procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Accurately record production data, batch records, lot numbers, and process parameters.
• Document in‑process quality inspection results.
• Identify and report equipment issues, material concerns, or process deviations.
• Work closely with the production team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Work Environment

• Production facility with a hot working environment.
• Active, hands‑on role that requires standing, moving, and working around manufacturing equipment.
• Safety‑focused workplace with proper procedures and training provided.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Once fully trained, start times offer some flexibility.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
