Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Dinner Cook for Jasmine Porch on Kiawah Island, SC. You will follow recipes precisely, maintain a clean workstation, and adapt recipes as needed while adhering to health regulations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least three years in the culinary field, a high school diploma, and English communication with staff and guests. Culinary/ sanitation certifications are preferred. Apply with a strong work ethic and team spirit.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Three years’ experience in culinary field minimum.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
• Food handling certificate preferred.
• Culinary college degree preferred.
• Sanitation Certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all processes in place.
• Communicate efficiently with internal customers such as stewarding and service staff.
• Follow all rules and regulations in employee handbook.
• Properly rotate product in walk in cooler.
• Clean and maintain equipment properly.
• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
• Organize and set up workstation fast and efficiently.
• Rotate, label and date all food on station.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team; follow Service Commitment and Core Values.
