Job summary

American Dining Creations is hiring a Dining Worker/Server in Kansas City, Missouri to deliver exceptional customer service and perform food preparation duties. You will greet guests, serve menu items from a station, and assist the cashier as needed.

This fast-paced role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain safety and quality standards. We offer weekly pay, a 401(k) with match, employee meals, and opportunities for learning and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, food service, or retail preferred.
• Able to work well with others and independently.
• Basic math; read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests from a station in a fast, friendly manner.
• Follow recipes to prepare and serve menu items.
• Operate a POS and handle cash payments.
• Prepare take-out labels and packaging for mobile orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and serving areas.
• Escalate customer concerns to management.
• Assist with cleaning, stocking, and equipment upkeep.

Pay: - Pay varies by locationLocation: Kansas City, MissouriSummary:A Dining Worker/Server with American Dining Creations will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and completing food preparation duties. The Dining Worker/Server will efficiently greet and serve menu items to guests from a station or serving line. Additional tasks may also include assisting the cashier, cleaning the kitchen, and serving areas, stocking, equipment upkeep and other related work as required.Responsibilities:Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates.Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases.Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering.Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management.Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.Qualifications:1+ years prior experience in a Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail position preferred.Able to work well with others as well as excel independently.Time management skills and task focused in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, communicate effectively.Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift.About Us:American Dining Creations is a division of American Food & Vending and one of the largest privately held hospitality service partners in the United States.At American Dining Creations, we recognize that all corporate and education dining partners are unique.
