Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor for the Bob Jones University Chick-fil-A location in Greenville, SC. This is a full-time, day-shift role Monday through Friday.

You will oversee front end production, manage opening procedures and cash drawers, and ensure safety and grooming standards. Strong customer service and team leadership are essential, with reliable communication valued.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns).
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform any other duties as specified by management.
