Job summary

The Village at Rockville is hiring a part-time Utility Aide (Dishwasher) to join our dining services team in Rockville, MD. This role offers an evening shift with hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00, final offer based on experience.

Join us to help keep kitchens clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. As a behind-the-scenes hero, you’ll ensure dishes, cookware, and dining ware are spotless, support kitchen operations, and contribute to a positive dining experience in a community

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish room and kitchen areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed.
• Restock clean dishes and supplies for kitchen and dining staff.
• Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines.
• Report equipment concerns or safety hazards promptly.
• Support kitchen operations and assist team members as needed.
• Help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and fellow team members.
