Job summary

Covenant Living in Westminster, CO is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead dining room staff and ensure efficient, pleasant meals for residents. You will greet and seat residents, supervise wait staff, and coordinate dining room operations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, dining service experience, and strong organizational and communication skills; 18+; management training is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules all dining room staff, wait staff, and attendants per master schedule.
• Partner with Dining Services Director to hire, evaluate, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Directs staff orientation and training; assigns duties and monitors service quality.
• Coordinate resident meal requests, reservations, and seating arrangements; maintain meal counts and records.
