Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Dining Supervisor in Plano, TX. You will oversee daily dining services, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist in staff management while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You'll work under the General Manager or Chef, coordinating with teams to deliver exemplary service during events and regular service, including weekends and holidays. This role emphasizes leadership, superb customer service, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.
• ServSafe Certification
• Choke Safety Certification
• Allergen Awareness Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards and/or arrange for equipment purchases or repairs.
• Build and maintain a working 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• May purchase food and/or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation ensuring quality control practices are in place for receiving all products.
• May assist with event menu writing and cycle of cost control utilizing appropriate recipes and costing measures in conjunction with Chef Manager or Chef.
• May assist with the production of food and with planning, execution and coordination of various events according to specific client standards.
